There's no easy way to hire offshore labor. There wasn't an easy way 10 years ago, and there still isn't an effective solution. You're stuck with either going to an agency, paying 3-5x what the labor costs, and braving countless meetings with an Account Executive that asks you the same questions repeatedly, or you must trek to a marketplace, where you're greeted by thousands of unqualified candidates. The marketplaces force you to sift through each candidate, interview them, and negotiate. When the person you hired quits, you're back to square one, and have to brave the storm again.

HireNewTalent.ai matches clients with talent using AI algorithms, sets a price for the labor using algorithmic pricing, uses AI agents to answer questions, interview, and score the candidates, and then handles all payments and compliance for you, forever. Replacements are instant since it's a marketplace. We are not only 50% cheaper, but the entire process is condensed into 5 min vs. 5 weeks. That sounds a lot better, right?

Why I'm Doing This

I dealt with this issue when I was running Bay Cities Driving School. It's such a pain and the existing vendors suck. I found every single one of my friends has this problem, my mother-in-law has this problem, and every one of the startups, corporations, and businesses I've been part of also ran into this issue repeatedly. So why not fix it once and for all?
